With POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act) now in effect, we understand that data privacy is on everyone’s mind! Here’s what we are doing to keep your data safe.

At iveCloud, we are committed to protecting your data in accordance with the laws and best practices highlighted in the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Per the current POPIA legislative regulation, iveCloud only collects information deemed necessary by South African law to process and provide you with any of our hosting solutions. As such, We’ve been working closely with all our teams and third-party service providers in upskilling ourselves to ensure that we're meeting the requirements set out in POPIA. We commit to:

  • Only collecting personal information for the purposes of doing business with you. This includes updating you about changes to your iveCloud products/services, industry trends, occasional offers, and security advice. Your information will not be used for any other purpose.
  • Take all reasonable measures to keep your personal information secure.
  • Only retaining your personal information with your permission and in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Never sell your personal information to third parties under any circumstances!
