It’s with great despair to have announce that we will no longer be providing Remote Technical Support via Teamviewer.
As thriving Web Hosting Provider, we always tend to seek the easiest and fastest solutions to assist our clients, the decision to change our remote assistance software was made on January 10, 2019 by management of IVECloud.
Why we no longer want to use Teamviewer?
The answer to this question is a rather simple one, we have been using Teamviewer for a very long time to assist our clients remotely with ease; however, in the recent few months we had an influx of support request involving remote assistance.
Hench, we have decided to take a better approach by acquiring a software that is both easy to use and provide all the necessary tools to ensure we maintain our 110% client satisfaction.
How this will affect you?
Should you require assistance in the near future from our technical support team, then it is advised that you download a copy of Anydesk, the download is fairly small (2MB) with an easy setup.
